Did you know that Of Montreal released an EP on January 23rd, the same days they released Hissing Fauna, Are You The Destroyer? Don’t feel bad if you didn’t; most of us were too obsessed with Hissing Fauna to notice anything else that week. The EP, called Icons, Abstract Thee is a collection of b-sides to Fauna and one exclusive track. While it’s not quite on par with Fauna, it offers the same gloomy lyrics and poppy beats that you fell in love with two months ago, and makes an excellent companion piece to Fauna.
