Thrushes: Sun Come Undone
Baltimore rockers Thrushes list the Pixies, Yo La Tengo, and Pulp among their influences; sound a bit pretentious? Well, it would be if the comparisons weren’t well-founded. There’s a reason these guys have been burning up the elbows charts lately; they’re damn good. If you’ve managed missed them up until this point, make sure to give them a listen. You won’t be sorry.

Goodness gracious – you were really on the money with these guys. They range from good to damn good to fantastic. Their album is the next one I purchase (tomorrow morning, hopefully). Thanks for the insight – keep it up.
